I’m going to share some of the best non-toxic Christmas gifts for a healthy holiday season. So, whether you’re looking for something for yourself or someone else, I hope that you find what you’re looking for! 🙂
So, scroll down and check out the list of the best non-toxic Christmas gifts!

Aromatherapy diffuser
An aromatherapy diffuser is a great way to enjoy the benefits of essential oils without having to worry about the safety concerns that come with burning candles. Simply add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the diffuser and enjoy the soothing scent.
Note: It’s important to purchase essential oils from a reputable source. With so many fake and adulterated products on the market, it’s important to make sure you’re getting the real thing. Most essential oils are just scented with synthetic chemicals. The only one that I trust is doTERRA..
Stainless steel/glass water bottle
A stainless-steel or glass water bottle is a great way to stay hydrated on the go while avoiding the health risks associated with drinking from plastic bottles. Stainless steel water bottles are also free from BPA, a harmful chemical that can leach into food and beverages.
Reusable shopping bags
Reusable shopping bags are a great way to reduce your use of plastic bags, which can end up in landfills or as litter in our environment. Choose bags made from recycled materials for an even more eco-friendly option.
There are a lot of really cute ones out there. I know that I would be happy to finally get new bags!
Non-toxic cleaning supplies
OK, I know that everyone might not want to get cleaning products as a gift but, if they are someone who is struggling with switching to safer options, this just might lead them in the right direction.
Most conventional cleaning products contain harmful chemicals that can be released into the air when used. Choose non-toxic alternatives made from natural ingredients to keep your home clean and safe.
You can even make your own homemade cleaning products and put them into a nice basket.
Air purifier
An air purifier is a great way to remove pollutants from the air in your home, which can improve your respiratory health and reduce your risk of developing allergies or asthma. Look for an air purifier with a HEPA filter to remove the most contaminants from the air.
There are also air purifiers for your car!
Natural fibers
Natural fibers such as cotton and wool are safer for both you and the environment than synthetic fibers such as polyester or nylon. Natural fibers are also more breathable, making them more comfortable to wear in warmer weather.
Natural fiber clothing used to be so plain… everything all white, big and flowy. You would look like you belonged in a cult if you wore it! But, organic fabric that is not dyed with chemicals have come a long way! There are some cute things available.
Avocado has the softest and most comfy clothing around. Plus, you can save 10% site wide using code SAVE10.
A comfy robe
When it comes to gift-giving, a comfy robe checks all the boxes – it’s practical, luxurious, and above all, cozy!
From quick morning breakfasts to lazing around on Sundays, this gift is a surefire way to bring comfort into anyone’s life.

Organic cotton sheets
Organic cotton sheets are a luxurious and healthy alternative to conventional sheets. They are made from organic cotton that has not been treated with pesticides or other harmful chemicals, making them safer for both you and the environment.
Might as well give a whole luxury bedding experience with adding in the non-toxic pillows as well! 🙂
And, again… you can save 10% site wide using code SAVE10.
Natural skincare products
Natural skincare products are made from ingredients that are safe for both you and the environment. They are free from harmful chemicals and synthetic fragrances, making them a great choice for those with sensitive skin.
As you may already know, Annmarie Gianni is my favorite! I have been using their products for years and they work great! Might as get someone special a sample kit as a stocking stuffer.

Wooden toys
Wooden toys are a great alternative to plastic toys, which can contain harmful chemicals such as BPA and phthalates. Wooden toys are also more durable than plastic toys, meaning they will last longer and won’t end up in landfills as quickly.
Himalayan salt lamp
Himalayan salt lamps are said to offer a number of health benefits, including reducing stress, improving sleep, and purifying the air. They make a great addition to any home and make a perfect gift for anyone who is looking to improve their health this holiday season.
The glow of these lamps makes any room feel super cozy.
Bamboo toothbrush
OK, again, not a super gift but great as a stocking stuffer.
A bamboo toothbrush is a great alternative to a conventional toothbrush as it is biodegradable and eco-friendly. Bamboo toothbrushes are also gentle on the gums and help to remove plaque build-up, making them a great choice for those with sensitive teeth and gums.
And, ya might as well get some non-toxic dental floss to go along with that toothbrush. Made with a natural plant and beeswax coating so no PFAS chemicals.
Don’t forget the toothpaste! Risewell is my favorite. It is fluoride-free, paraben-free, with no harsh foaming agents and it strengthens and restores your tooth enamel.
Rechargeable candles
Rechargeable candles are a safer alternative to traditional candles as they do not emit harmful fumes or require an open flame.
Battery-operated candles are another great choice but, with rechargeable ones, you don’t have to keep buying batteries.
I got these for Christmas last year and I love them!
Solar charger
A solar charger is a great way to keep your devices charged while on the go, or when a snowstorm knocks out the power. Simply place the charger in direct sunlight and it will use the sun’s energy to power up your devices.
An Instant Pot
If you don’t have one of these already, what the hell are you waiting for? I now have two of them and they make cooking dinner so quick and so much easier!
Plus, there are attachments that you can get for an Instant Pot. Everything from a basket to steam veggies, a tray to hard boil eggs (which is super quick by the way!) to a lid to make it into an air fryer.
So, if someone you know already has an Instant Pot, consider getting them some of the different attachments.
A box of organic produce from your local farmers’ market
I remember as a kid, my grandparents used to always ship up a box of oranges from Florida. So, why not give a basket full of local, organic goodies?
Not only are you supporting local growers, but you’re also giving the gift of health this holiday season. And let’s face it, who doesn’t love the taste of a crisp, juicy apple or fresh butternut squash?
You can find a local farmers market on the USDA’s website.
You can also get local meats and cheeses and make up a cute little charcuterie board. Or, this “shark coochie” board… because no one can say Charcuterie!
A case of organic wine
Just in case you’re not familiar, organic wine is made from grapes that are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Instead, organic growers rely on natural methods to keep their vines healthy and productive.
This results in wines that are not only better for you and the environment, but also often more flavorful and you don’t get that flushed feeling from the sulfites.
Organic wines are pretty easy to find. Most liquor stores have an organic wine section. You can even check out wine.com for a great selection.
A variety of organic snacks
This year, ditch processed junk food and opt for a variety of organic snacks instead.
From crunchy nuts and seeds to fruit and veggie chips, there’s something for everyone on your list.
And with so many options to choose from, you’re sure to find the perfect snack to fit everyone’s unique taste.
Besides fruit, nuts and seeds, here are some that I like. Great stocking stuffers for people on the go.
Coffee and tea alternatives
There’s nothing like a cup of tea to help you relax and unwind. But when you’re choosing a tea, it’s important to make sure it’s pesticide-free. That’s where matcha tea come in.
By definition, organic teas are made from leaves that have been grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. This not only helps to protect the environment, but it also means that your tea will be free of harmful chemicals.
Matcha tea is not in a tea bag. It is in powder form so you are getting all the nutrients from the tea leaf. It contains Amino Acid L-theanine and promotes relaxation and focus. Be sure to get the spoon and whisk with it. It makes prep so easy!
And, if you know someone who is trying to kick coffee to the curb but still needs that boost in the morning, mushroom coffee is a great alternative.
It tastes like coffee but with a bit of a chocolate or chai undertone. I love it! Plus, it has a whole bunch of health benefits from the mushroom, and you won’t get that crash later in the day.
Conclusion
The holidays are a time for giving, and we hope that this list of non-toxic gifts will help you find the perfect present for your loved ones. But what about you? What is your favorite non-toxic gift that you would want to receive? Let us know in the comments below!
